Hey hey, pregnant ladies of Harringay!

A lot of changes happen when a woman becomes pregnant, mentally and physically, which can be an overwhelming feeling. Yoga is a wonderful way to connect to your tiny tot growing inside you and the benefits of taking regular classes can help prepare your body and ease your mind for birth.

Meditation and breathing are great tools which I include in my classes, which can be utilised throughout the pregnancy and the birthing process.

Sessions are held every Saturday at;

Blighty Cafe Tottenham N15 4AJ

9.30am to 11am.


Classes are an hour (sometimes I go over! Depending on the vibe of the class) and there is an optional 30 minutes for a catch up at the end.

Mats and props are provided at the venue.

I do prefer the classes to be intimate, therefore the maximum I book a week is seven.
